WEB DEVELOPER

Position Description:
The Technical Application UI Web Developer position is for supporting HR Talent and Core Group in Human Resources Technology.
The team is looking for an experienced, innovative and highly motivated Frontend Web Developer for owning and building robust, highly scalable, time sensitive web applications and providing strategic technical and business solution.
The role requires someone who is flexible and able to respond to a dynamic, demanding and complex business environment. The candidate must be adaptable to work across multiple technologies and disciplines, with a focus on delivering quality solutions for the business in a timely fashion and be able to prioritize work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in developing web applications. The candidate should have hands-on development experience.
The candidate should be good at problem solving and should be capable of taking ownership of end to end delivery involving analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance of medium to large scale applications. The candidate should possesses strong analytical, problem solving, technical and communication skills.

 

Qualifications:
5 years of experience developing web applications in Angular, JavaScript frameworks, HTML5/CSS3, Java & Databases.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Roles and Responsibilities:

Up-to-date with the knowledge to design solutions with high visual impact
Open to work on a variety of projects, including promotional inputs, posters, books, magazines, product packaging, conferences, social media collaterals, visiting cards, certificates, corporate identity cards etc.
Ability to co-ordinate with existing graphic designer’s and marketing team

 

Desired Candidate Profile: 

Proven graphic designing experience for 3-4 Years (experience in retail and social media content creating will be given preference)
Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Ability and confidence to interact, communicate and present ideas
Software Proficiency in Corel Draw, Illustrator, Photoshop is must
Knowledge and working experience of Adobe Premier & After Effect will be an added advantage
Any background in web designing will also be considered an added advantage
Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
Ability to pitch her/his idea in a good communicable way
Graduate/ Diploma Holder in Graphic Designing (Bachelor in Animation/ Fine Arts preferred
